摘 要 制砖原材料的粉碎是砖坯生产过程中的关键工序，随着科学技术的不断发展，以及市场需求的变化，各行各业也起着日新月异的变化，锤式粉碎机可将制砖用原材料经过粉碎后达到制砖粒度的要求。本设计提出的锤式制砖原料粉碎机适用于页岩、煤矸石等制砖原材料的粉碎精选处理。 我所设计的制砖原料粉碎机是在原通用设备的基础上通过革新改进、现场观察后完善研制而成的一种新型粉碎设备。其特点是：结构合理，性能可靠，锤头采用高耐磨性和韧性的高锰材料铸造并经热处理工艺，可调整使用最大四次角面。主轴密封性良好。筛体采用破碎轴形式单独设计，更换方便、维修便利、出料利落、不易赌塞，可确保整条生产线其他设备正常工作，达到机械设备设计产量要求，是砖瓦生产过程中的理想配套设备。 这次我所设计锤式粉碎机是单转子的、不可逆的、多排的、带铰接锤头的粉碎机。 关键词：制砖原料、锤式、转子、粉碎机 Abstract Brick making raw material grinding is the key procedure of brick production, along with the continuous development of science and technology, as well as the change of market demand, all trades and professions also plays a change rapidly changes, hammer crusher can be for brick-making raw materials through crushing to brick size requirements.The design of the hammer type crusher is suitable for raw material for making brick shale, coal gangue brick making raw material crushing selection processing.
