不同科属22种牧草种子萌发表现及萌发速度的比较 摘 要 在25℃恒温箱内，对不同科属的22种牧草种子进行常规发芽试验，试验结果表明，禾本科种子在较短时间内基本解除休眠，休眠率普遍比其他科种子低。供试豆科牧草种子死亡率普遍较低，说明豆科种子的耐贮性较其他科种子要好。豆科牧草萌发速度明显较禾本科和其他科种子快，发芽指数较大，说明豆科牧草种子活力强，发芽整齐，出苗一致，具有较大增产潜力。菊科牧草种子与其他科牧草种子相比，发芽率较高。但供试其他科牧草种子与禾本科和豆科牧草相比，普遍存在休眠率较高，发芽势低，萌发过程缓慢等特征。 关键词：牧草种子 萌发 休眠 萌发速度 Comparison of 22 species forage seed of the different families on germination and germination speed A conventional germination test was carried out in an incubator of 25℃ using 22 species forage seeds of different family and genus.
