安徽工业大学 毕业设计(论文)任务书 课题名称 上海闻天学院教学楼设计 学 院 建筑工程学院 专业班级 土木工程09－2班 姓 名 尹君 学 号 099044345 毕业设计(论文)的主要内容及要求： 本项目为上海闻天学院教学楼设计。 建筑总层数为6层，总高度控制在28m 以下，总建筑面积为5000-6000m2。根据具体情况编写建筑设计构想与说明。 建筑平面设计要考虑使用功能的特点；立面设计要体现现代化建筑风格，色彩简洁明快。 结构设计与计算内容包括：荷载计算；计算简图、内力分析、内力组合及变形验算； 梁、板、柱截面设计及构造措施；基础设计；楼梯设计；其它构件设计。 图纸内容包括： 建筑部分：建筑设计说明、平面图、立面图、剖面图、楼梯详图、建筑节点详图； 结构部分：结构设计说明、基础平面布置图和基础配筋详图、结构平面布置及部分结构节点构造详图；梁、板、柱配筋图及构造详图；楼梯结构布置及配筋详图。 论文设计说明书包括任务书、中、外文摘要、目录、文献综述、建筑设计说明书、结构设计计算书、英文资料翻译等内容。 指导教师签字： 摘 要 本毕业设计的课题是上海闻天学院教学楼，主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总长度为55.2m，总宽度为16.8m, 总高度为26.8m，总建筑面积为5564m2，共六层，底层和其余层层高均为3.9米。 本设计贯彻“适用、坚固、经济、美观”按照建筑设计的规范，认真考虑了影响设计的各种因素，考虑到建筑设计的功能、技术和形象。 本毕业设计主要完成以下内容：建筑设计：根据建筑的使用功能进行建筑的平面布置及建筑造型设计，并确定建筑材料及绘制建筑施工图；结构设计：结构布置及结构计算简图；确定梁、柱截面尺寸；荷载计算，包括重力荷载、水平地震作用等；荷载效应组合；梁、柱配筋计算；基础设计；绘制结构施工图。 本设计统筹考虑了建筑设计和结构设计的和谐统一，做到在合理的条件建筑设计更符合人们的审美观点，结构设计更安全可靠。 关键词：建筑设计，结构设计，钢筋混凝土，框架结构 Abstract The subject of this graduation project is the Teaching Building Design of Shanghai Wentian college,and the form of the base structure of this building is frame structure of cast-in-place concrete,with the total length of 55.2m,with the total wedth of 16.8m,with the total height of 26.8m,and with the total built-up area of 5564m2.The building has six stories and the height of bottom layer and other layers are 3.9m.
