沧州城市配电网近期建设项目规划方案研究论文.doc

华北电力大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  城市电网是电网的负荷中心，担负着向城市广大用户提供优质、安全、可靠电 力的责任和使命。城市配电网是城市的重要基础设施，作为电网的重要组成部分， 已经成为现代城市必不可少的能源供应系统。城市电网的建设和完善，对于实现城 市的功能定位、促进城市经济社会的快速发展具有不可替代的作用。因此，如何保 证配电网为地区经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高提供优质的电力供应，是配 电网规划所面临的主要问题。 本文所研究的对沧州城市配电网近期建设项目进行规划，是为了满足城市国民 经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高对电力供应的需求，解决目前配电网存在的问 题。希望通过这次规划，能更好地与城市发展的要求和变化趋势相适应，科学合理 地调整城市电网结构，客观准确地分析出沧州电力的发展趋势。沧州配电网规划范 围为沧州电网的供电范围，包括沧州市区和 15 个县（市、区），规划面积 14311.35km2。 本文从沧州社会及经济发展现状和电力需求的实际情况出发，规划以 2009 年 为规划基准年，2015 年为规划水平年， 十二五”期间将逐年分析工程规模及投资， 深入的阐述了沧州市配电网的现状，并结合所学的理论知识和工作经验，对城区高 压、中低压配电网的现状进行深入研究，提出目前配电网中存在的主要问题。在研 究的过程中，采用分地区法、数学模型法、最大负荷利用小时法等进行负荷预测， 并对预测的结果进行分析，给出配电网近期建设规划方案。最后，对整个配电网进 行了投资估算和社会效益分析，并对市区电网的发展提出了一些建议和设想。 关键词：城市配电网；电网规划；负荷预测；电网建设 I 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 Abstract City power grid is a network of load center, which bears the citys customers to provide quality, safe, reliable electricity duty and mission. Urban distribution network is the citys critical infrastructure, as an important part of the grid has become essential for modern city energy supply systems. Urban power grid construction and improvement of functional position for the achievement of the city, and promote rapid economic and social development of the city has an irreplaceable role. Therefore, how to ensure distribution network for the regional economic and social development and improving peoples living standards to provide quality supply of electricity distribution network planning is facing major problems.
