需全套CAD或三维图 联系QQ 648328618 摘 要 本次毕业设计题目为进贤县滨湖华城住宅楼施工组织设计。本工程建筑高度19.90米，建筑总面积约3287.93m2，建筑层数为六层。其中：底层为杂物间，一层至五层为普通住宅，六层为跃层住宅.。本工程为多层普通住宅，安全等级为二级，设计合理使用年限为50年.，抗震设防烈度为6度以下，屋面防水等级为III级，主体为砖混结构，基础为沉管灌注桩基础。本工程工期为190天，拟开工日期2012年1月1日，预计竣工日期2012年7月8日。 本施工组织设计主要包括施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施。充分考虑各个方面因素，进行详细的设计。 本施工组织设计根据每个项目的特点、结构特征、重点和难点，建立相应的管理组织机构，编制针对性科学性的施工方案，以确保施工安全顺利的完成。 关键词：施工部署； 施工方法； 保证措施； 针对性； 科学性 ABSTRACT The graduation project topic is the Jinxian the Binhu Chinese city residential floor construction organization design.The engineering building height of 19.90 meters, total construction area of about 3287.93㎡ building layers of six layers.
