高等教育论文-高职课程建设融入产学结合的实践与启示 摘 要：高等职业技术教育的质量最终体现在其培养的人才是否能为企业所用。课程是高职院校实现人才培养目标的主要载体，课程建设与改革是提高教学质量和培养高技能人才的核心要素，也是教学改革的重点和难点。专业的水平和特色，取决于它的课程建设。近几年北京电子科技职业学院楼宇智能化工程技术专业不断实践将课程建设融入产学结合，用“产学互动”的模式进行课程建设，将生产内容融入课程教学，鼓励教师、学生参与生产活动，通过具体课程融入产学结合的不断尝试，使学生在实际工程项目中理解本专业职业岗位的能力和需求，以实现课程建设与企业、市场无缝隙对接，实现陶行知先生所言：好教育应当给学生一种技能，使他可以贡献社会。换言之，好教育是养成学生技能的教育，使学生可以独立生活。 ? 关键词： 课程建设；产学结合；实践；启示 ? Summary: The quality of higher vocational education is definitely estimated by the employment opportunities offered to the graduates by corporations. Curriculum is the major carrier to achieve this educational goal. Curriculum construction and reformation are the essential factors in improving teaching and fostering skilled and qualified graduates. And they are also the key and hard aspects in teaching reformation. Curriculum construction sets the level and feature of a specialty. In recent years, we have been applying the mode, “production and learning interaction” to constructing engineering curriculum, namely the specialty of Intelligent Building Management. Production process is presented in class, encouraging both teachers and students to get involved in the production activity. By doing this, it makes the students understand what competence and qualification they should acquire for a particular working post. Thus curriculum construction is closely fitted with corporations and talent markets. In this sense, we are materializing the words of Mr. Tao Xingzhi (a great educator of China):A good education is the one that it obliges students a skill that can be used to contribute to the society. And his remarks can also be interpreted as: A good education is fostering the students a skill which enables them to lead an independent life. ?
