买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘要 随着经济的发展，城市规模不断扩大，城市人口快速增长，城市垃圾量急剧上升，其处理越来越受到人们的重视。摆臂式自装卸汽车是专用汽车的一种，摆臂式自装卸汽车可以平移起落货箱，它同时具有货物和箱体自动装卸的功能，而且两种功能由同一个车载工作装置完成。由于它具备自动装卸箱体功能，装料时一般均将箱体卸下降低装料高度，装满料后，则将箱体自动装车并运输。该车使用方便，运输效率高，依据其机动灵活的特点被广泛应用于中小吨位货物和垃圾的。 本设计所设计的是摆臂式自卸汽车。摆臂式自卸汽车是在原有的二类底盘上进行改装，使其具有自卸功能。本设计首先对自卸车的国内外发展现状以及设计特点做了相关的概述。接着，从车厢的设计、摆臂机构的设计、举升机构的设计、取力器的选择等方面进行了CA1120自卸车的总体设计，并对主车副车架进行了改装与设计。 关键字：自卸汽车；二类底盘；总体布置；副车架；举升机构；液压系统 ABSTRACT With economic development, expanding cities, urban population growth, rapid increase in the amount of municipal waste, its handling more and more attention has been paid.
