买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 机床夹具设计是制造系统的重要组成部分，随着先进制造技术的发展和市场竞争的加剧，传统的夹具设计方式已成为企业中产品快速上市的瓶颈，企业迫切需要提高夹具设计的效率。计算机辅助设计与制造正是为了适应这一要求而产生的，在此背景下，开发了实用性强的 CAD系统，主要进行了下面几个方面的研究： 1、 介绍了计算机辅助设计系统CAD的发展概况和研究现状。 2、 现代技术把CAD 技术引入到夹具设计中，形成了计算机辅助夹具设计（Computer Aided Fixture Design CAFD）方法，研制了相应的软件系统。研究了参数化、产品数据管理、数据库及网络技术。 3、 CAD技术发展的另一个特点是从零件的CAD建模发展到面向产品的CAD建模。产品为满足用户多样化的要求,常常需要改动一个或几个主要参数,也就是所谓的系列化、多样化的设计。 4、 20世纪90年代以来，CAD技术基础理论主要以PTC的Pro/Engineer为代表的参数化造型理论和以SDRC的I-DEAS为代表的变量化造型理论形成了基于特征的实体建模技术,为建立产品信息模型奠定了基础。 5、 利用Pro/E等三维绘图软件绘制了大量的夹具标准件图，并建立Pro/E系统的数据库和图形库。 关键词：CAD，建模，Pro/E, 数据库，图形库 Abstract The design of machine tool of clamping apparatus is to make systematic important composition part, along with advanced production technical development and the competition of market aggravate , the traditional design way of clamping apparatus has become the product in enterprise the bottleneck that appears on the market fast , enterprise urgent needs raise the efficiency of the design of clamping apparatus.
