买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 中文摘要 有限元分析法是于结构力学分析迅速发展起来的一种现代计算方法，对产品的设计与分析具有重要意义。本论文以齿轮箱体为研究对象，运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 对NSD500齿轮箱体进行有限元结构静态分析、模态分析以及结构优化设计。 针对齿轮箱体承受较大载荷的特点，分析齿轮箱体的受载情况，利用三维型软件Solidworks对齿轮箱体进行实体建模，导入到ANSYS Workbench 软件中建立有限元静力学模型，分析计算在初始工况下齿轮箱的应力与应变分布规律。根据分析结果，在满足齿轮箱体结构安全的条件下，对齿轮箱体进行优化设计。优化后的齿轮箱体重量减轻，并且强度分布趋于均匀，结构变得更加合理，具有一定的理论和工程实用价值。 利用ANSYS Workbench 软件对齿轮箱体进行模态分析，计算箱体的前10阶模态，得到该齿轮箱体的固有频率和振型。对各阶模态进行分析，为进一步优化做基础。 最后对本论文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。 关键词：齿轮箱体，有限元法，静力分析，模态分析，优化设计 Abstract The finite element analysis is a kind of modern computing method of rapid development for structure mechanics analysis. It is of great significance to the analysis and design of the product. This paper takes the gear box as the object of the study. A static finite element structural analysis , modal analysis and structural optimization design are put into practice by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. According to the characteristics of the gear box bearing a greater load and analysis of the loading of the gear box ,its solid model is established using three-dimension modeling software Solidworks. The solid model is imported into the ANSYS Workbench software to create a finite element static mechanical model. The gearbox workload capacity is calculated at the beginning working state .As a result, we can get the gear box’s stress and strain distribution law. According to the result, gearbox strengh and structural rigidity are analyzed . To insure a safe structure , optimization designs are put into practice to improve the gearbox structure . As a result , the gearbox weight is reduced by structural optimization . The strength of the improved gearbox is more symmetrical and the structure of the improved gearbox is more reasonable than previoius designs , indicating the method has certain theoretical and practical engineering values .
