杵针干预亚健康的临床研究.doc

成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 目的：研究杵针干预亚健康状态的疗效，并利用 TTM 技术对杵针疗法干预亚健康 的效果进行客观评价，为中医“治未病”效果的客观化评估提供新的手段与示范 性研究。 方法：采用随机对照试验的研究方法，将 153 例亚健康患者随机分为两组，杵针 组 79 例（脱落 1 例），推拿组 74 例（脱落 2 例）。两组均在干预前后各用人体亚 健康评分标准量表、康奈尔医学指数和红外线热断层扫描技术采集信息，两个疗 程结束后进行疗效评价。 结果：(1) 两组资料基线分析无显著性差异（P0.05），具有可比性。(2)两组干 预前后自身比较：亚健康状态评分、CMI 评分、M-R 评分及大部分 TTM 指标比较 差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），说明两种疗法干预亚健康状态均有效；两组干 预后比较：亚健康状态评分、亚健康状态评分改善等级、TTM 数据中的睡眠、压 力、虎口、血粘滞、微循环等指标差异有统计学意义（P0.05），其余指标差异 无统计学意义（P0.05），说明杵针组疗效优于推拿组。(3)安全方面，推拿组有 1 例出现操作部位疼痛，杵针组无不良事件的记录。 结论：杵针疗法及推拿疗法对亚健康状态均有明显的调治作用，且杵针疗法干预 效果优于推拿疗法。 关键词：亚健康；杵针；推拿；红外线热断层扫描 1 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Objective:To research the effect of Chu-zhen intervening sub-health condition,and objectively evaluate the effect of the intervention of Chu-zhen in sub-health using the TTM technology,to provide the new method and the demonstrative research for the effect objectification appraisal of “governs has not gotten sick”of TCM. Methods: A randomized controlled trail was carried out.153 pationts with sub-health were randomly divided into two groups, 79 cases in the Chu-zhen group(1 case losing), and 74 cases in the massage group(2 cases losing).The information were collected using the criteria scale of human sub-health score.The Cornell Medical Index table and TTM technology in the two groups before intervention and after intervention.The effects were evaluated at the end of 2 treatment courses.
