买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 注塑模CAD/ CAE/ CAM技术是先进制造技术的基础和重要组成部分，正向集成化、网络化和智能化方向发展，对我国模具工业的发展起到了重要的推动作用。注塑模具的设计与制造，其质量要求越来越高、研发周期越来越短。 手机面板精度要求高，结构及其曲面造型复杂，需要从三侧面抽芯，模腔布局设计比较困难。采用UG Moldwizard工具，根据客户提供的手机面板三维数模，完整地设计出了手机面板注塑模。 首先对制品进行了工艺分析，然后详细阐述了模具的设计过程，包括：分型面的确定，型芯和型腔的创建，标准模架的确定，浇注系统、冷却系统、滑块抽芯机构和脱模顶出机构的设计，同时对相关机构进行了校核计算。最后对其成型零件进行了加工工艺分析，编制了机械加工工艺规程。 借助于先进的CAD技术，大大缩短了注塑模设计与制造周期，提高了模具的技术含量，降低了成本。 关键词： 注塑模 侧向抽芯 工艺规程 UG Moldwizard ABSTRACT It is foundation of an advanced manufacturing technology and important component that the injection mould CAD/CAE/CAM technology, to integrated networked to develop with intelligent direction, play a important role to of our country mould development of industry.
