买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 轴承在国民经济建设中具有极其重要的作用。各种旋转机械中应用最广泛的一种通用机械部件。其中，滚动轴承是高度标准化的机械元件，有摩擦力小，启动容易，润滑简单，便于更换等优点，在机械结构中几乎是不可或缺的部件，是各种机械中传递运动和承受载荷的重要支承零件。而轴承质量的好坏对机械设备的安全运转有着很重要的影响，在组装机械的时候保证轴承的质量和对工作中的轴承部件进行实时观测，有非常重要的意义。 本文是微型轴承外环外圆直径检测装置的机械部分设计，检测部分选用一对电涡流式传感器。本设计主要针对635ZZ型号的微型轴承进行检测，整套检测装置较自动化，检测精度较高。 主要工作原理是送料机将轴承推送到到输送带上，再由输送带带动行走，当还有32mm轴承中心线与机械手指中心线重合时机械手开始动作，当轴承到达机械手中心线时停输送带停止，机械手抓取轴承送至检测台，由电涡流传感器组进行检测。 关键词：带式输送机；机械手；轴承；检测；送料机 ABSTRACT Bearing construction has a very important role in the national economy.
