论专家型教师的成长与发展 中文摘要 面对新的时代、新的教育理念和教育行为，广大中小学教师面临着巨大挑战。如何应 对挑战，根本策略之一就是促进专家型教师的成长与发展。 以此为出发点和落脚点，本文以专家型教师的成长与发展为论题，通过对教师专业素 质的描述，着力提出专家型教师的特质，并有针对性地对制约专家型教师的成长与发展的 问题进行反思，进而提出有效的解决策略。旨在为教育行政部门、教育管理者、新手型教 师和专家型教师提供一些微薄的借鉴，为促进专家型教师的成长与发展梳理出一条清晰的 思路。 围绕着专家教师的成长与发展，本论文的研究构思基本如下： 第一部分为导论。 概要性地介绍了专家型教师成长与发展的研究背景、研究意义、及其研究方法，并对 “专家”、“专家型教师”等核心概念进行了界定，重点对专家型教师的文献综述进行了系 统的阐释，分别介绍了国外、国内专家型教师的研究状况。 第二部分主要对专家型教师特质描述。 概括论述了教师专业素质构成，进而在知识结构、问题解决、教学行为三个方面论述 了专家型教师与新手型教师存在明显差异，而后归纳出了专家型教师的特质。 第三部分主要阐述专家型教师成长与发展的影响因素及其规律。 笔者认为内部因素和外部因素是影响专家型教师的成长与发展的主要因素，这两部分 共同规约着专家型教师的成长与发展。从对规律的认识和把握角度，本文提出三种对专家 型教师的成长与发展的规律性的认识。 第四部分是反思与建议。 本文第四部分基于对专家型教师成长与发展的实践认知和学理分析，认为教师观念、 职后培训以及环境中存在的诸多误区是对专家型教师成长与发展的最大障碍。而更新观 念，树立教师自主发展意识；在职培训，实施校本培训；构建和谐环境，建立合作的教师 文化是当今历史条件下促进并优化专家型教师成长与发展的有效路径。 关键词：专家型教师，成长，发展 1 On the Growth and Development of Expert Teachers Abstract Most of primary and secondary teachers are facing great challenges in the background of new age, different educational thought and practice. One of the ultimate strategies of dealing with the challenges is to promote expert teacher’s growth and development.
