摘 要 本文首先简要的概述了冲压模具在社会发展领域中的作用及其以后的发展方向，点明了模具设计的重要意义。然后依据工件图进行了工艺性分析，进而确定了设计方案，计算出了模具工作部分的尺寸，设计出工作零部件；然后依据设计要求选择出各个标准零部件，最后设计出了模具的总装配图。在设计中，最重要的就是设计方案的确定、坯料的计算和工作零部件的设计，这是设计的关键，这些设计的正确与否直接关系到设计成本的高低及设计的模具能否正常工作；在设计的最后，总结了自己在设计过程中的心得和体会，并对我的指导老师进行致谢。 设计过程中，首先对垫圈的落料工序、拉伸工序和凸缘的修整工序进行了分析，并对与这些工序相关的模具在设计和制造中存在的若干关键性问题进行了研究。然后我用CAD制图软件画出了十几张零件图，安插在设计说明书书中。最后画出了垫圈落料拉深复合模的装配图一张。 通过这次毕业设计使我不仅掌握了冲压模具设计的一般流程，更学习到了好多在课本上没有学习到的知识，使我受益匪浅。 关键词：垫圈；成形工艺；复合模；不变薄拉伸.　 Abstract This article first brief outline ramming mold in social development domain function and its later development direction,Had pointed out the mold designs vital significance.
