The general part is a new design of Luling mine. Luling mine lines in West of huibei in Anhui province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 8.82 km ,the width is about 5.26 km，well farmland total area is 46.39 km2.The eight is the main coal seam, The thickness of the mine is about 9.25m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 146.927 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 105.783million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 63 years. The normal flow of the mine is 75 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 120 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal higher, for high gas mineral well. The well farmland is a single level in an inclined well to expand. The working system “four-six” is used in the Sehe mine. It produced 1.20Md/a. This design includes five chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.development engineering of coalfield; 3.The layout of panels 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 4. The ventilation of the mine;5. the safety operation of the mine. Special subject parts of topics is Forecasting and Identifying of coal and gas outburst.
