精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 诺基亚7360外壳模具的设计与制造 摘 要：为了用较低的成本和较短的时间，设计出高质量的手机外壳模具，需要采用新型的方法来设计手机外壳（上、下盖）的模具。 采用Pro／Engineer来实现的三维设计及模具成型零件设计，分析制件的成型质量，再采用EMX组件来实现模架的装配，并在产品设计及模具装配过程中，辅助以必要的理论计算，将数字化设计与理论计算结合起来，可以大大缩短产品研发周期、模具设计周期，提高产品设计及模具设计的准确性、产品成型质量，降低产品研发、模具设计成本。运用Moldflow软件对的注塑成型进行仿真，获得流动过程中的最大注射压力、注射时间等参数，预测注塑成型质量。通过浇注系统注塑成型流动模拟结果，得出了浇注系统的最优布局以及合理的工艺参数；同时比较种不同仿真冷却效果，优化了模具冷却管道设计。根据以上的分析结果，确定了最佳的注射模结构和成型工艺，成功地避免了塑件注塑成型出现的缺陷，为生产优质塑件提供了强有力的保障Pro/E；EMX；Moldflow；优化设计 The Mold Design and Manufacturing of the Shell of the Mobile Telephone (NOKIA7360) Abstract: New-style methods were adopted to design the mold of the external shell of the mobile telephone (up-cap, down-cap) in order to get high-quality mold of mobile telephone with lower cost and shorter time. Adopted Pro/Engineer to implement three-dimensional design and mold volume design of the mobile telephone receiver, and analyzed shaping quality of part and designed the parting line by Pro/Engineer, then utilized EMX to accomplish the assemblage of the mold with the assistance of essential theory calculate mixed with figure design. It would not only shorten the cycle of product research and mold design, improve the preciseness and the product shaping quality, but also reduced the cost of the research. The injection molding of the mobile telephone receiver is simulated by Moldflow software . The parameters such as the temperature at the flow front, the maximum injection press and the injection time etc. are obtained. Then the quality of injection molding is predicted. By flowing simulation results of injection molding of the pouring systems, the optimizing layout of pouring system and the reasonable technologic parameters are obtained. By comparing with the imitation of three cooling result, the cooling pipeline design of injection mould is optimized.
