精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 小型台式焊接变位机设计 摘 要 焊接变位机正是当前众多焊接机械产品的一种在本次设计中，参照设计数据和相关资料，首先选择机构和传动方式，确定机构各个部分的传动功率、转矩和进行强度计算和校核，保证机构的合理性，使得设计出的装备能在给定年限内正常工作；然后对各个机构进行连接设计，画出结构简图；最后设计细节问题，画出总装图，保证了产品的可生产性，便于规模化生产。 本次设计的主要内容是一个回转机构和一个倾斜机构整个机构简单可靠，操作方便。关 键 词：倾斜机构  THE DESIGN OF SMALL WELDING DEFLECTION-MECHANISM ABSTRACT Welding displacement mechanism turn the welded joint of the welding work piece to the position of equilibrium to improve the welding quantity .The benefit that welding displacement mechanism provide to the welding is various. Can guarantee the weld quantity, improve welding rate of production and human workplace condition, realize mechanization and automation of the welding production line. This is the purpose that we design the welding displacement mechanism. The main content of this design is: The design of small welding deflection-mechanism, can realize turning and incline to the welding work piece, so as all the welded joint of work piece can on a horizontal position through turning and rotating, then the worker can weld. The small welding deflection-mechanism is a sort of the numerous welding mechanical products. The design choosing machine and its transmission made in reference of data and interrelated datum and ascertained the power of different parts and torsion. This ensures rationality of the machine and makes the design of equipment in the given normal life. Then the connection of machines was designed and the frame chart was draw. At last details were designed and the assemblage chart was draw which ensures the manufacturing. The major content of the design were rotating body and an inclining machine .The entire institution is simple, reliable, and easy to operate.
