In order to avoid any confusion, we would like to emphasize the detailed rules Sales here once again. It is the latest version and please follow them up. 1. Appointment booking must be done one day before. Dealer Development 2. Customer must arrive at dealer on time. 3. It is oil service only without car washing and extra works. Aftersales 4. The counted start time is the printing time of job card. And the counted end time is the time of payment finishing.time is the time of payment finishing. 5. Dealer must ask whether customer requests washing his/her car at the Service beginning. If yes, service advisor must inform customer in advance that the time period will be 1 hour plus the washing time. Parts BMW will provide the POS materials for all dealers in March.
