马铃薯播种铺管机动力匹配的田间试验研究.pdf

摘 要 目前在四行马铃薯播种机作业中，拖拉机与四行马铃薯播种机存在性 能匹配不当、拖拉机能力没有得到充分发挥等问题。为了充分发挥拖拉机 的潜力和提高播种作业效率，本文对 2CMG—4 型马铃薯播种铺管机与福田 雷沃 TD824 型拖拉机之间的配套，进行了田间试验研究。利用田间机械动 力学参数遥测仪对拖拉机配套马铃薯播种铺管机作业过程的各项力学参数 进行了测试。并在此基础上 ,用数据处理软件 matlab 得出了作业过程中牵 引力及提升力的变化情况，得出了牵引力、提升力、滑转率、牵引功率以 及作业效率的大小。找到了马铃薯播种铺管机的合适的匹配机型，并给 出 了 2CMG—4 型马铃薯播种铺管机与 90 或 100 马力拖拉机之间的匹配是最优 匹配。本文也指 出了马铃薯播种铺管机现存的开沟器开沟阻力 比较大、没 有整形装置及缺少铺膜装置的问题 ，并提出了具体改进方案。 关键词：拖拉机；马铃薯播种机；机组配套；田间试验 The Study on Power Matching of Potato Seeder and Pipe-laying Machine in Field Abstract At present, th ere existed some questions in p otato sowing work,for example,the tractor and the four rows potato seede r had bad performance matching,the performance of tractor had not fully displayed.In order to give full play to the potential of the tractor and planting operations to improve efficiency,this paper is based on matching of 2CMG -4 -type potato sowing and pipe - laying ma chine and tractor LOVOL TD824,then conducted the experiment in field.Telemetry field testing kinetic parameters of field machinery and tractor seeding during the operation of the mechanical data were collected .On this basis,derived using data processing software Matlab traction and lift force changes in the working process, obtained traction,lifting force,the slip rate,the size of the traction pow er and operating efficiency.And to draw 2CMG -4 potato sowing machine shop with 90 or 100 horsepower tractor match between optimal matching.
