PAGE PAGE 12 ... 本科生毕业论文（设计） 网上零售业的物流配送模式研究以淘宝网为例 摘要 随着我国生产和流通企业的结构调整，经济的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧，物流配送受到越来越多的重视。配送对于经济发展的意义，更重要的是在于它是企业发展的一个战略手段。当前信息经济时代，物流配送模式的研究对于网上零售业的发展具有重要意义。淘宝网作为知名的网上零售商，其物流配送对其发展具有重要意义.本文在分析当前我国网上零售业四种配送模式的基础上，分析了我国当前网上零售业物流配送现状及存在的问题。然后以淘宝网为例分析其物流配送模式存在的问题，最后提供对策。 关键词： 第三方物流 ;自建物流 ;共同配送；一体化 Abstract In our country, with the structural adjustments of the manufacturing and circulating enterprises, fast-growing economy and fierce competition, logistics distribution becomes increasingly important. In terms of its contribution to economic development, logistics distribution is more of a strategic means for the advancement of a company. Thus, the research about the mode of logistics distribution shows its great value for electronic retailing in this era of information economy. The case of Taobao is a very typical example. As the most popular online retailer in China, its logistics distribution plays a vital role in its success. This paper, based on the analysis of the four distribution modes in electronic retailing in our country, focuses mainly on the distribution mode of Taobao. As a result, the paper will be of help for finding the problems in the mode and solving them, thus, it possesses great importance for the development of our country’s online retailing and logistics industry. analynis of our current online retail distribution status and existing problems. And then as an example, this paper the Taobao logistic distritubution mode of existence, and finally provides counrermeasure.
