The test results show products exceeded the enumeration ofm icroorganism s caused by the products of yeast. Upon study on lmi its and determ ination of the enumeration of m icroorganisms of frozen dough, it is suggested that export- related product testing asmuch as possible to collect specific rules and stand- ards of mi porting country or regional standards.
