第 38卷增刊 3 稀有金属材料与工程 Vo1．38，Supp1．3 2009年 12月 RAREMETALMATERIALSAND ENGINEERING December 2009 DepositionofTi(C，N)·TiB2CompositeCoatingby ReactiveLPPS MaoZhengping，MaJing一，W angJun ，SunBaode (1．StateKeyLaboratoryofMetalMatrixComposites，ShanghaiJiaotongUniversity，Shanghai200240，China) (2HebeiUniversityofScienceandTechnology，Shijiazhuang050054，China) Abstract：Ti(C，N)一TiB2compositecoatingsweredepositedbymeansofreactivelowpressureplasmaspraying(LPPS)based onthetechnologyofself_propagatinghigh—temperaturesynthesis(SHS)．TheoriginalpowdersweremixturesofTiandB4C powders．Thepowdersweremixedbyballmilland then spray—driedandatlastsintered tobesuitableforspraying．Two sprayingdistanceswereselectedofrLPPS．Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)wasusedtoinvestigatethemorphologiesof powdersofrsprayingandthemicrostructuresofthecoatings．ThephasecompositionsofcoatingsweremeasuredbyX—ray diffraction(XRD)．Spray—driedandsinteredpowdersaredenserandbetterbondthanonlyspray—driedpowders．Thecomposite coating iscomposedofTiB2，TiC03N07，TiNo3，Ti4N3．and impurityphaseofTisSi3with300mm spraying distance．Partly unreactedB4C powdersremainedinthecoatingofr240mm sprayingdistance，whichmaybeinadequatereaction．Notitanium oxidewasdetectedinthecompositecoatingfortherelativehighvacuum degreeofLPPS．Theanti—corrosionpropertyofLPPS sprayedTi(C，N)一TiB2compositecoatingwith300mmsprayingdistanceinelectrolyticsolutionissuperiortothatof240mm sprayingdistance．MicrohardnessofTi(C，N)一TiB2compositecoatingisrelativelylowduetotheunconsolidatedstructureof thecoating．Thesolvingmethodstoimprovepropertyofcompositecoatingarefinallyputforwardinthepaper． Keywords：reactiveLPPS；T
