除尘设计中的安全问题的分析及对策措施.doc

摘 要 本论文主要分析和论述了除尘系统设计中涉及的安全问题，主要包括除尘系统场地布置、基础（地基）建设、机械和电气设备选型、电气设计、机电维修、压力容器使用、粉尘噪声等二次污染、除尘系统运行管理等。如烟囱地基安全；电缆线敷设；控制室布置；风管的制作安装、防火防爆、防腐蚀、保温及消声降噪；风机选型、防爆、隔声及检修；除尘器选型、可靠性及防火防爆；用电设备的电气设计和电气保护；灰仓排气口和输灰口防止二次扬尘；钢架等支撑结构的刚度、强度、稳定性；高处作业的安全措施；污水和污泥的处理等。这些安全问题主要涉及电气安全、建筑安全、压力容器安全、机械安全、防火防爆等诸多领域。 尽管除尘系统设计中要考虑的安全问题很多，遗憾的是到目前还没有专门论述这方面的文献或者论文。 通过对上述安全问题进行系统的分析后，结合自己现场实习的经验以及根据相关法律、设计规范、排放标准、卫生标准、施工标准、安装和验收标准等提出了合理可行的安全对策和措施。为设计人员做参考。 关键词: 除尘系统; 安全分析; 对策措施 Abstract This paper analyzed and discussed the security issues for dust collectors system design. It main includes the venues layout of the dust collectors system, foundation building, machinery and electrical equipment selection, electrical design, electrical and mechanical maintenance, the use of pressure vessels,the second pollution of dust and noise,the operation and management of the dust collectors system etc. For example，the chimney foundation designed,the cables layed, layout for the control rooms, the production、installation、fire and explosion、anti-corrosion、insulation、reduce noise of pipelines,the selection、overhaul、explosion、reduce noise for fans,the selection、reliability、fire and explosion dust collectors,the designed and protection of electrical equipments,the preventing secondary dust at the exhaust outlets and exports of the gray warehouse,the stiffness、strength、stability of the upporting structures,the protection measures for operating at height points,the handling of wastewater and sludge etc.These security problems mainly related electrical safety, construction safety, pressure vessel safety, machinery safety, fire and explosion and other fields. Regrettably,it has no literatures or papers expositions this area now, while the dust collectors system design considers so many security problems.
