The result shows that: the act ivit ies of soil su2 crase, urease, neutral phosphat ase and catalase are all higher in the upper layer of the profile and decrease with the depth . U nder the enclosed condit ion, four different enzym at ic act ivit ies in surface layer soil( 0 ) 20cm is great er than sub- layer( 20 ) 40cm .
