贸易管理系统 摘要 贸易管理系统是一种管理商业企业中各种数据的软件，利用本系统用户可以很方便地对企业的物流、财务状况、票据等进行有效的管理。本文首先简要介绍了我国商业企业的现状以及进销存数据管理系统的特点、功能和使用对象，使读者对进销存管理系统有了初步的认识。接着详细介绍了数据库和VB的相关知识，在数据库方面，主要介绍了数据库的基本概念、类型，着重介绍了关系数据库的概念和SQL语句（结构化查询语言）；在编程工具方面，主要介绍了VB的特点和怎样用SQL作数据库，着重介绍了VB的ADO控件、DataGrid控件、DataCombo控件和ADO对象在数据库编程方面的应用。最后，笔者给出了所完成的进销存数据管理系统说明书，主要内容包括软件的功能、设计框图、数据库结构和各模块的作用说明。 随着人类社会的进步与发展，当今的社会已经进入了信息化的社会，越来越多的信息已无法通过手工记录、人工管理来实现，信息在社会经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，企业的来往业务也不断增加，这就要求通过一个好的管理软件，本系统是对企业的进货、销售、库存进行管理，开发软件是用的SQL Server 2000 作为后台数据库。 关键词 贸易管理系统；数据库编程；SQL Trade Management System Abstract The buy-sale-base management system is a kind of software that manages enterprise various data. User can conduct financial, pills conveniently. First, commerce enterprise actuality and the characteristic of buy-sale-base management system are introduced in this paper. Then, the database and VB are introduced, in the aspect of database, we mainly introduce the concept and type of database, relational database and SQL are introduced as well; in the aspect of programming, we mainly introduce the characteristic of VB and how to manipulate database, the usage of ADO, DataGrid, DataCombo and ADO object are introduced as well. Finally, we complete the notebook of buy-sale-base management system, including the function, design chart, database structure and manipulate notebook of every part. With the progress of human society and development, todays society has entered the information-based society, more and more information has been unable to manually record, managed to achieve, in the socio-economic information plays an increasingly important role in enterprises from the growing business, which requires the adoption of a good management software, this system is the stock-to-business, sales, inventory management, the development of software is used by SQL Server 2000 database as a background.
