中小企业财务困境与财务稳健 【摘要】 随着近年来企业破产﹑兼并案不断出现，中国经济界已经越来越关注企业的财务管理。论文针对中小企业财务管理中的财务困境问题，在研究借鉴国内外经验的基础上探讨了中小企业摆脱财务困境的对策，提出了财务稳健模式，为中小企业摆脱财务困境提供了重要途径。 【关键词】中小企业 财务困境 财务稳健 【Abstract】These years, more and more cases of bankruptcy and manger make enterprises managers and economist considering finance management much more important.
