中美中小企业评价体系的差异 　　摘 要：中小企业在快速成长中对国家经济和社会发展的推动力越来越明显。讨论中小企业的地位和作用，结合美国中小企业发展现状与组织特点，以及目前中国中小企业在成长与发展中存在的问题，比较分析两国中小企业的评价指标体系。通过财务运行状况、产品与市场状况、人力资本、研究开发能力等四个主要方面的指标体系的比较分析。结论是：中美中小企业评价体系的构成要素大体一致，而在收益性、安全性、运行效率、社会适应性指标、市场适应性指标等方面存在理念和认识上的差异。 　　关键词：评价体系；中小企业；差异 　　Abstract：The promoting capability of the rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) on national economic and social development is more and more obvious.
