阿胶黄精丸调理失眠伴焦虑疗效观察 滑新凡 ，彭黄嫌，何极梅 (宁夏中医研究院妇产科) [摘要] 目的 观察阿胶黄精丸调理失眠、焦虑患者的临床疗效。 方法 将40例失眠、焦虑患者随机分为2组：治疗组给予阿胶黄精丸治疗。对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗。2组治疗观察期间不合用其他有改善睡眠作用的中西药物。2 组患者治疗观察28 d，每周用SRS、SAS观察评估患者1次并记录药物不良反应。结果 2组 SRS、SAS评分治疗后较治疗前均明显改善(P均0．01)，睡眠质量明显改善，焦虑情绪缓解，2组间比较无显著性差异。治疗组睡眠时间更长。结论阿胶黄精丸治 疗失眠、焦虑有效，安全，且可更好延长睡眠时间。 [关键词] 失眠；焦虑；阿胶黄精丸 Observation of the effect of small dose of doxepin tablets and Qiyeshenan pills on insomnia and anxiety Hua Hongju ，Peng Peng ，Wang Zhihong (1．Ningxia Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Yinchuan 750021，Ningxia，China；2．Tradition Chinese Medical Hospital of Tongxin county，Tongxin 751300，Ningxia，China) Abstract：Objective It is to observe the clinical curative efect of small dose of doxepin combined with Qiyeshenan pills on insomnia and anxiety．Methods 40 cases of patients with insomnia and anxiety were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group was treated with doxepin tablets combined with Qiyeshenan pills，and the control group was treated with estazo— lam tablets．The other Chinese or western medicine which could improve sleep was not used in both group during this observa— tion stage．The two groups were treated and observed for 28 days，using SRS，SAS to observe and evaluate the patients once every week，and adverse drug reaction was recorded too．Results In the treatment group and the control group SRS，SAS scores were both better after treatment than that before treatment(P0．O1)，the sleep quality was improved obviously and anxiety motion was relieved．Compared with each other，the differences were not significant．But the patients in treatment group had a longer sleep time．Conclusion Low dose of doxepin combined with Qiyeshenan pills has a effective and safe cara— tive effect like Estazolam tablets on insomnia and anxiety，furthermore，it can increase sleep time more effectively． Key words：insomnia；anxiety；doxepin；Qiyeshenan pills；Estazolam 失眠在人群中发病率较高，常常与焦虑、抑郁伴随，长期 的失眠严重影响人的健康、生活质量和社会功能 。治疗失 眠和焦虑的方法很多，镇静催眠药仍然是主要的治疗方法，同
