本科毕业论文 （20 届） 新型船用外行星摆线针轮液压马达设计基本理论及关键技术研究 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘 要 传统的摆线针轮液压马达的运动输出机构结构比较复杂，循环油路设计也十分复杂，密封也不充分，而且采用轴向配流方式，其流量不断变化，使液压马达的总效率和调速范围难以提高。为了克服其中的不足，设计了一种新的行星针轮摆线液压马达。本文的研究步骤如下： 一.介绍摆线针轮液压马达的发展概况和发展趋势；二. 对行星摆线针轮进行研究，其中先分析行星摆线针轮的工作原理，接着分析它的运动；三. 介绍外行星摆线针轮液压马达的基本理论问题；四.对外行星摆线针轮液压马达的主要结构进行分析，先介绍它的组成，接着分析它的工作原理，最后介绍新型液压马达的原理及应用。五. 研究外行星摆线针轮液压马达的关键技术，对液力传动机构、油路循环机构、油路密封机构、端面配流机构进行研究，最后对整体机构进行研究。 此马达采用孔销输出机构，实现了同步端面配流，缩短了轴向尺寸，大大减轻了重量。总体结构相对简单和紧凑，提高了转速和效率，且密封性能良好。 关键词：针轮摆线液压马达；孔销输出机构； 端面配流； 密封性能 Abstract traditions the motion output organization structure laying bare the line needle wheel hydraulic pressure motor is comparatively complicated，circulation oil road design is also very complicated，hermetic sealing is neither sufficient，adopt axial to mating stream way，whose ceaseless change of rate of flow，overall efficiency and speed regulation range using the hydraulic pressure motor to be difficult to improve.
