·34 · JournaI of Nursing Science Apr. 2004 VoI. 19 No. 7 （GeneraI Edition ） ·中医护理 · 药氧吸入治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究及护理 谈燕飞，梁柳梅，唐淑华 （江门市五邑中医院护理部，广东江门529031） 摘要：目的探讨“复聪香液”药氧吸入治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 将符合诊断标准的123 例血管性痴呆病 人随机分为观察组（72 例）与对照组（51 例），观察组使用复聪香液A 进行药氧吸入，B 液口服；对照组使用西药治 疗。分别观察两组用药前后红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD ）活性，血浆过氧化脂（LPO ），甘油三脂（TG ），血清胆固醇 （TCH ），高密度脂蛋白（HDL ）等检测指标。结果 观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P 0 . 05 ）。结 论 复聪香液混合氧低流量吸入治疗血管性痴呆有较好的疗效。 关键词：痴呆，血管性； 给药，吸入； 植物，药用； 护理 中图分类号： + R749 . 1 3 ；R248 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001 4 152（2004 ）07 0034 03 Medicinal Oxygen Inhalation Treating Vascular Dementia and Nursing Care ／TAN Yanf ei ，LIANG Liumei ，TANG Shuhua／（Dep artment of Nursing Care ，Wuyi Hosp ital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ，Jiangmen 529031 ，China ） Abstract ：Objective To expIore the cIinicaI effectiveness of “Fucongxiangye ”-containing oxygen inhaIation in the treatment of vascuIar dementia. Methods 123 patients with vascuIar dementia meeting the diagnostic standard were randomIy divided into observation group （n = 72 ）and controI group （n = 51）. The observation group was subjected to the “Fucongxiangye ”- A-containing oxygen inhaIation and oraI administration of the “Fucongxiangye ”B ，whiIe the controI group received the medicaI treatment. The activity of SOD in red bIood ceIIs，pIasma LPO and TG ，serum TCH and LDL were measured before and after administrations. Results The effectiveness in the observation group was superior to that in the controI group with the difference being significant （P 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The “Fucongxiangye ”in combination with Iow fIow of oxygen inhaIa- tion treating vascuIar dementia can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects.
