摘 要 以人为本 作为科学发展观的本质和核心 当前被当作一种经世哲 学普遍应用于管理 教育 行政等各个领域 为了实现思想政治教育与 经济 社会的和谐发展以及自身的协调发展 必须将以人为本引入思想 政治教育发展领域 本文以马克思主义人学思想作为理论基础 概括出思想政治教育中 以人为本即是 在思想政治教育活动中 坚持一切从人出发 尊重人 理解人 关心人 充分调动和激发教育对象的积极性和创造性 以达到 人的全面发展为目的 当前在思想政治教育中贯彻以人为本具有以下价 值意义 以人为本是思想政治教育的历史启迪 是思想政治教育实现自 身发展的内在规定 进入 21 世纪 坚持以人为本 树立全面 协调 可持续的发展观 逐渐成为全社会的共识 以人为本 成为思想政治教 育的时代召唤 文章对如何在思想政治教育中实践以人为本做了初步探索 以人为 起点 满足人的利益需求 调动人的积极性 以人为动力 满足人的尊 重需要 弘扬人的主体性 以人为资本 开发人的价值潜能 培育人的 创新能力 以人为归宿 重视人的个性发展 促进人的全面发展 同时 还明确提出思想政治教育中实践以人为本应该处理好几个关系 以人为 本与西方人本主义的关系 以人为本与扩大思想政治教育覆盖面的关系 以人为本与研究人与环境的关系 关键词 思想政治教育 以人为本 马克思主义 ABSTRACT The human-orientation, as the essence and kernel of the scientific development view, presently has been universally used as a classical philosophy in such fields as management, education, administration etc. To realize the harmonious development of ideological and political education together with the economic and social development and itself, the introduction of human-orientation into the field of ideological and political education is a must. In light of Marxism’s anthropology, the human-orientation summarized in ideological and political education is namely: to attain the aim of people’s complete development by basing on people, respecting people, understanding people and concerning people so as to fully arouse educatee’s enthusiasm and creativity. The implementation of human-orientation is a historic enlightenment and intrinsic prescription in the ideological and political education development. With the advent of 21st century, the concept of human-orientation and comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development to promote the economic society
