Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing 100190,China ） Abstract: This paper attempts to build a multi-dimensional evaluation-P-score index, and this index gives different weights to the evaluated journals according to the citations distribution in different frequen⁃ cy intervals, and also the new index got an integration of the eigenvector centrality measurement from the social network analysis method. The P-score indicator can evaluate the academic journal on a comprehen⁃ sive ranking to a certain extent, and also the indicator can reflect the contribution of the journal knowl⁃ edge dissemination role.
