1196 J Bengbu Med Coll,September2014,Vol.39,No.9 [文章编号] 1000-2200(2014)09-1196-03 ·临床医学· 新辅助放化疗联合手术治疗宫颈癌40例 刘 健,李胜泽 [摘要]目的:分析术前行新辅助放化疗联合手术治疗FIGO Ib2~ Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者的临床疗效。 方法:对手术治疗的40例宫 颈癌患者,术前行新辅助化疗1次,对于子宫颈病灶4 cm,术前大出血者加腔内后装治疗 1次。 3周后行宫颈癌根治术。 通 过分析患者瘤体大小的改变、放化疗不良反应、手术难度的下降及术后病理改变等结果,评价新辅助放化疗在宫颈癌治疗中 的安全性。 结果:宫颈癌新辅助放化疗总有效率为82.5%,手术切除成功率为100%。 结论:术前新辅助放化疗联合手术治疗 宫颈癌Ib2~ Ⅱb期患者安全有效,可提高手术的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。 [关键词] 宫颈肿瘤;肿瘤/ 放射治疗;肿瘤/ 药物治疗;肿瘤/ 外科手术 [中国图书资料分类法分类号] R737.33 [文献标志码]A Curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with operation in the treatment of cervical carcinoma LIUJian,LI Sheng-ze (Department of Gynecological Oncology,The FirstAffiliated Hospital of BengbuMedical College,BengbuAnhui233004.China) [Abstract]Objective:Toexploretheclinical efficiency of thepreoperativeneoadjuvant chemotherapy andradiotherapy combinedwith operation in the treatment of FIGO Ib- Ⅱb stage cervical carcinoma.Methods:Forty operation patientswere treatedwith preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.the radical resections in the patients with cervical lesions more than 4 cm.preoperative massive hemorrhage treatedwith intracavitary brachytherapy after 3 weeks were implemented.The safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy andradiotherapywasevaluatedbythetumor sizechange,adversereactionof chemotherapy andradiotherapy,operationdifficulty change and postoperative pathological change.Results:The total effective rate and success rate of operation in the cervical carcinoma patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy were 82. 5% and 100%,respectively.
