Now the society is rapid changing to information one, and the effect of information automation also becomes important more and more, and it causes us to liberate from the numerous and diverse business, improves our working efficiency .The computer information management has many merits such as the big storage capacity, the quick speed and so on, it provides us prompt and quickly information processing. therefore, we make a dynamic management process aiming at researching of books of the library, using information provided by computer, and finally developed a B/S structure of the library management system by ASP and Access 2000 after the appraisal of superiority of many development software and the database software, which was better in the person of the simple development way of the window and applied by the formidable function of the visible structural design.
