题目 激光粒度测量仪自动对中系统 自动对中程序编写与完善 摘 要 激光粒度仪是目前测量颗粒粒度的主要手段之一，已广泛应用于工业、农业、医药等领域。激光粒度仪一般采用小角前向散射原理，它的光电探测器通常为同心环状结构，测量时要求其圆心应与入射光轴重合，此调整过程称为对中。当采用手动对中方式时，会增大人为因素的干扰，并提高了对操作人员技能的要求。本课题研究一种完善的自动对中功能的激光粒度检测仪，并分析选择出一种自动对中最优方法，从而简化激光粒度仪在测量前必须进行的光路对中操作，提高仪器的自动化程度，减小人为因素及机器对中速度造成的影响。 本文的主要工作为在熟悉公司采用的自行开发的60光通道光电探测器作为集成探测单元，研究了自动对中基本原理，根据光电探测器的特性将对中有小区分为3个部分并对影响对中精度的因素进行了理论分析和模拟计算。熟悉硬件电路的基本结构和功能熟悉使用采用VC++编写的上位机软件进行控制现有的自动对中系统，并能根据数据分析出问题所在进行进一步进行调整。以自动对中原理为依据，设计了自动对中算法，采取变步长的方式进行自动对中，并针对算法中截止条件的选取问题进行了多次测量实验，通过综合比价对中精度和对中所需时间确定了系统所需的截止条件。使用所设计的程序，对标准机器进行了测量实验，通过分析实验结果的重复性和准确性验证了系统的有效性 关键词：Laser finenss measurement instrument auto fixing system progreming and improve Abstract The laser particle size analyzer is one of principal means for measuring particle size，and is widely used in many fields such as industry,agriculture，medicine and so on．Laser particle size analyzer is usually based on small angle forward scattering principle，and the Si—photoelectric detector’s structure is usually the concentric ring． When measuring，its center must coincide with the incident light axis，this adjustment process is called centering． and ask for more about the operators skills．This study is an improvement on the function of the automatic laser particle detector and choose a kind of automatic laser adjust of the optimal method to simplify the measurement of laser particle size analyzer must be carried out before the operation of the optical path, improve the degree of automation equipment and reduce the impact of the human factors and machine speed when laser adjust.
