摘 要
席卷全球的金融危机对我国企业尤其是中小企业造成了巨大的冲击,同时也对中小企业人力资源管理产生了严重影响。目前,金融危机的余波虽然还未远去,但社会各界普遍认为金融危机的影响已经得到缓解,经济正在处于复苏阶段,本文以菲尼克公司为例,研究了在全球后金融危机时期我国中小企业员工激励方面存在的问题,结合该公司实际,提出了完善激励和考核机制,实行差异化激励和多种激励方式并存的方式来激励员工,并适当赋予员工自主权,让员工参与管理,以提高其工作积极性,实现激励的目标。

Abstract
The financial crisis that sweeping the globe caused a tremendous impact to our country enterprise especially SMES, but also have an serious effects upon human res- ources management of small and medium-sized enterprise. At present, as to the wake of the financial crisis, though not yet gone. All circles in the society widely consider- ed the influence of financial crisis has eased, and the economy is undergoing a revival. In the global financial crisis period, small and medium-sized enterprises management ushered in the new challenges, and how to maintain the development of the company and achieve breakthrough rely on the enthusiasm of the staff in complex business env- ironment is a problem that needs careful research. Under the influence of the global f- inancial crisis, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, because of small, si- mple structure, lack perfect performance evaluation mechanism. The incentive for e- mployees is in a single pattern, and the incentive differentiation is in a low degree. So, Strengthen incentive mechanism design and innovation is with urgency and necessity for small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises should establish perfect examination systemand and encourage the different interests of emp- loyees.
