掺Mg纳米ZnO薄膜的制备及其光学性质研究 杨洋 李峰 摘要：本文采用溶胶-凝胶法以石英为衬底制备了纯纳米ZnO薄膜和Zn0.95Mg0.05O薄膜，所有样品在400℃下退火一个小时。用XRD和CSPM4000扫描探针显微镜测试薄膜晶化质量和表面微结构，用透射谱和吸光谱来研究纳米薄膜的透射和吸收性质，并观察到了吸收边和吸收峰的蓝移。光致发光测试结果发现在红光区存在双峰发射，这是以前所没有报道过的，我们对红光发射给出了解释。 关键词： 纳米ZnO薄膜 Mg掺杂 透射谱 吸收谱 Abstract: This paper discusses qualities of Pure and Mg doped ZnO thin films which are made with Sol - gel method , all of the samples are annealed at 400°C in an hour.
