中文摘要 本文主要介绍了斜皮带输送机的构造、特点、应用及布置形式，并详细介绍了其主要零部件，即输送带、支承装置、驱动装置和驱动原理、张紧装置、装载和卸载装置以及清理装置。其中常用的支承装置为托辊，驱动装置为电动滚筒，驱动原理为传动滚筒利用摩擦作用带动输送带运行。张紧装置主要介绍了螺旋式张紧装置、车式张紧装置以及垂直式张紧装置三种，此次设计采用了螺旋式张紧装置。由于被输送的物料为砂子和碎石，设计中装载装置采用导料槽，卸载装置采用护罩，清理装置采用清扫器。同时，本文还详细介绍了该设计中各零部件的一系列选型计算，其中包括了带宽、带速、运行阻力和张力、清扫器阻力、导料槽阻力、进料口物料加速阻力、输送带张力、驱动功率以及制动力矩的计算。最后，还简单介绍了斜皮带输送机的运输安全及设备安全，为我们能更好地、更安全地利用斜皮带输送机提供了必要的保障。 关键词：输送带 支承装置 驱动装置和驱动原理 张紧装置 带宽 驱动功率  ABSTRACT This text mainly introduces the structure, characteristics, applies and the form of the inclined leather belt conveyer, and also introduces its main assembly units in detail, namely belt conveyer, supporting devices, driving devices and the driving principle, the stretch devices, the loading and unloading devices and the cleaning devices. Among them supporting devices used in common are trays, driving devices are the dynamoelectric rollers, the driving principle is that the roller drives the belt conveyer by the friction function. It mainly introduced three kinds of stretch devices. They are spiral type stretch device, the car type stretch device, and the perpendicular type stretch device, and this design adopts the spiral type stretch device. Because the transported materials are the sand and crushed stones, in the design its loading devices adopts the guiding slot, the unloading devices adopts the protecting cover, cleaning devices adopts the cleaning machine. In the meantime, this text also introduces the calculations of each main assembly unit in detail including the belt width, the belt speed, the circulate resistance and the tension, the cleaning machine resistance, the guiding slot resistance, the acceleration resistance at the material entry, the belt conveyer tension, the driving power and the prevent tortion. At the end, it also introduces the conveyance safety and the equipments safety of the machine in brief, which provides us a necessary guarantee in using the inclined leather belt conveyer much better and more safely.
