课 程 论 文 网络贸易在我国的发展与对策 学院 经济管理学院 专业 国际经济与贸易 学号 姓名 李绿洲 指导教师 苏 娟 2012年6月 摘 要 在国际金融市场急剧变化的形势下，外贸企业减少或避免外汇交易风险就显得十分必要。本文分析了外汇风险在外贸企业对外经济贸易中的具体表现，提出了外贸企业规避和防范外汇风险应采取的措施。 　　 随着我国的对外开放，对外经济交往日益频繁，其中涉及到的外汇风险问题也越来越多。一些国家货币的汇率起伏加剧，给我国外贸企业进行对外贸易、对外融资等涉及外汇交易的领域带来了很大的风险。如何在国际金融市场急剧变化的形势下，加强外汇交易的管理，减少或避免外汇交易风险，保证对外经济交往的顺利进行就成为当前我国经济领域的重要课题 加入WTO 后我国直接从事进出口贸易的企业日益增多，由于进出口业务自身的特点和国际市场环境的复杂多变，我国进出口企业的生存和发展面临着严峻的挑战。本文就如何进行科学有效的风险防范进行探讨。 关键词：进出口企业 信用风险 外汇风险 Abstract In the international financial market rapid changes of situation, foreign trade enterprise to reduce or avoid foreign exchange risk is very necessary.
