机修厂机械加工一车间低压配电系统及车间变电所设计.doc

摘 要 遵循安全、可靠、优质、经济的基本原则,提出工厂厂区供电的设计方案。本次设计是关于机修厂车间变电所及机械加工一车间低压配电系统设计。其中包括对车间进行了负荷和短路电流计算，变压器和变电所高压进线和出线的选择，以及主接线，二次回路，继电保护。 本设计的主要内容包括机修厂机加工一车间低压配电系统及车间变电所的电气一次和二次主接线的确定以及图纸的绘制。首先，进行车间负荷统计，确定主变压器；在技术方面和经济方面进行比较，选择经济可靠、运行灵活的主接线一次方案。其次，进行短路参数的计算。然后，进行设备的选择和校验。最后，确定二次回路的方案、整定继电保护、设计防雷保护和接地装置。 设计结果可以满足供电的可靠性，保证各车间电气设备的稳定运行。 关键词：负荷统计；变电所主接线；配电线路主接线；继电保护  Abstarct According to the basic principles of safety, reliability, high quality and economic results, The power supply design program of the factory district is put forward. It is about design the machine fixs the factory car changes to give or get an electric shock and machines process the cartful a low pressure goes together with to give or get an electric shock system. The design includes the calculation of loads and short-circuit, electric current, the select of transformer and circuit, and design of main-circuit ,the second circuit ,protect and lighting. The main designing originally includes the system of low-voltage for the Machinery Plant as well as primary and repeated host of workshop substation electricity connection ascertaining that working drawing. First, we carry out Statistic of load and ascertains the host transformer. Comparison in the field of technology and economy, we choose economy reliably , running nimble host connection. Secondly, we carry out parametric calculation of short circuit. Then carry out equipment choice and checking. Ascertain repeated circuit scheme finally, adjust protection and earthed system succeeding electricity protection , designing lightning protection. That result of design indicates the reliability to be satisfied with the current supply of workshop of Machinery Plant, which ensures that every workshop electric accessory stability works.
