摘要 机群系统就是将一组相互独立的计算机通过高速的通信网络互相连接而组成的一个单一的计算机系统。迅速发展的PC机、工作站和高速网络系统，使高性能超级计算机从高端大型机向计算机机群发展。但是，机群系统因其结构松散、节点独立性强等原因会导致维护困难。国际上流行的方式是在节点机的操作系统之上建立一层机群管理系统。机群监控系统是机群管理系统中的重要组成部分，其基本任务是监控机群系统的各个性能指标，对于管理员来说，要高效的完成这个任务必须借助某种机群监控系统。 本文在深入研究目前机群监控系统的状况的基础下，对机群及其监控系统的相关概念进行了阐述，明确了机群监测系统所应该实现的功能，，提出了一种以Linux下/proc文件系统为基础，基于目前网络应用技术中B/S模式，运用ruby进行了系统的设计与实现。 随着B/S模式在网络应用中的不断深入，越来越体现出其相对于传统的C/S模式的优越性。本文提出了的B/S模式的机群监测系统，具有平台无关，远程管理等显著优点。 关键词：机群监测系统；Linux；/proc文件系统；Ruby；B/S模式； Abstract Cluster is a group of independent high-speed computer communication networks will be formed to connect a single computer system. The rapid development of PC, workstation and high-speed network systems from high-performance super high-end mainframe computer to the computer cluster development. However, because of its loose cluster system, nodes will lead to independence and strong reasons for maintaining difficult. Internationally popular method is to machine operating systems in the node to establish a layer of cluster management system. Cluster monitoring system is an important part of cluster management system and the basic task is to monitor the performances of the cluster system, for administrators to efficiently complete this task requires the help of a cluster monitoring system. Based on the deeply studying of current cluster system’s status，we expound the concepts of cluster management system，and point out the functionalities the cluster management system need to provide. Then，we research the requirements of single system image to cluster management system. Under proposed a kind of Linux / proc file system-based, based on the current network application technology B / S mode, using ruby for system design and implementation. With the B / S mode in the deepening of the network applications, more and reflect their relative to the traditional C / S mode superiority.
