南台科技大學財務金融系 產業變動與股價變化關係研究 Industry changes in the stock price changes in the relationship between research 指導老師：張上財老師 小組成員：陳翔榮 邱翊婷 翁曉潔 陳冠瑋 中華民國101年12月 南 台 科 技 大 學 財 務 金 融 系 指 導 老 師 專 題 繳 交 同 意 書 茲同意本人所指導之專題業已完成並准予繳交 專 題 題 目 專 題 組 員 班 級 學 號 姓 名 此 致 財務金融系 專題指導老師： 日 期： 摘要 產業分析的目的主要在於對產業的結構、產業的市場與技術生命週期、競爭態勢、未來發展趨勢、上下游相關產業與價值鏈、成本結構與附加價值分配，以及產業關鍵成功要素進行瞭解探討，本研究並透過SWOT分析、五力分析和互補作用力，瞭解企業的外部機會與威脅，和內部的優勢與劣勢，以及競爭者、供應商、買家、潛在競爭者與替代性技術，經由分析產生的影響，讓企業得以掌握所處的競爭環境，規劃正確的競爭策略，預測產業發展的走向與趨勢，來判斷產業未來的成長性，進而了解產業股價的變化。 本研究著重在探討產業景氣指標、類股股價及股票市場之間的領先落後關係，企圖藉由了解產業面消息的傳遞情況，以進一步探討台灣股票市場之效率性。主要採用生技類、光電產業和保全業等三種產業面的指標來進行分析，以探討產業景氣指標對於台灣股票市場及類股指數之影響情況。在研究方法上，採用SWOT分析、五力分析法來瞭解產業中競爭的關鍵因素。　　 關鍵字：產業、五力分析、SWOT分析 Abstract Industry Analysis The main purpose is that the structure of the industry, the industry, the market and technology life cycle, competitive situation, future trends, upstream and downstream industries value chain, cost structure and value-added distribution and explore industry key success factors to understand,In this study, through the SWOT analysis, five forces analysis and complementary force to understand the external opportunities and threats, and internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as competitors, suppliers, buyers, potential competitors and alternative technologies, through the analysisimpact, allowing enterprises to master the competitive environment, planning and the right competitive strategy, forecast industry development trend and trend to determine the future growth of the industry, and thus understand the changes in the stock prices of the industry.
