异地务工人员储蓄行为及金融效应研究 摘 要 储蓄是社会资金的重要资金来源，同时消费与投资需求一直是我国拉动国内经济增长的马车，因而居民储蓄、消费与国家经济增长之间存在很大的关联因素。改革开放以来，随着我国各大城市经济的腾飞，劳务需求量也逐渐扩大，越来越多的居民外出务工赚钱，因此，异地务工人员成了中国社会发展中一个特殊的社会群体。同时，近十年来，他们的数量增长非常惊人，因此，他们的储蓄行为、消费行为对其工作所在地和其家乡的经济都会产生重大影响。所以，结合实际情况对异地务工人员储蓄行为及金融效应的研究是当前亟待讨论的重要课题。 为了分析异地务工人员的储蓄行为及其金融效应，本论文系统地总结了研究背景、意义、目的。然后针对西方的储蓄理论和国内的研究现状进行了回顾，并对这些理论对中国异地务工人员的储蓄行为进行了分析。接着，我们系统地对农民工储蓄行为及储蓄动机的理论分析、宏观分析、动机分析进行了研究。然后，我们利用调查问卷的数据对成都市农民工接受服务银行的偏好行为、政策差异导致的农民工储蓄行为差异、异地务工人员的结余资金的用途差异、汇款回家的用途差异进行了分析并得出结论，并分别对影响异地务工人员收入、消费、储蓄的影响因素进行了回归分析并得出结论。最后，我们根据前面的研究对异地务工人员、服务银行以及政府的政策制定提供了几点建议。 关键词 异地务工人员；储蓄行为；偏好 Abstract The savings are the significant source of funding of social investment, while consumption and investment demand have been the motion of economic growth in China and thus the link between peoples savings and national economic growth is evident. Since the reform and opening up, with our country’s rapid economic growth, labor demand is also gradually expanding and more and more residents go out to earn money, therefore, off-site workers have become a special social groups in Chinas development. At the same time, because of the large number of off-site workers, their savings behavior will have a significant impact on the economy of their workplace and their hometown. So,it is important to discuss the savings behavior of off-site workers with practice. In order to analyze the savings behavior of off-site workers, the paper summarizes the background, meaning and purpose of the research 。And we review the saving theory of the West and the research status of domestic .then analyze the applicability of the theory to Chinese off-site workers .Then, we study the savings behavior of off-site workers in the theoretical analysis, macro analysis, motivation analysis systematically. We use the survey data on Chengdu off-site workers to analyze their Preference behavior on choosing banks and the use of the Surplus funds preference and the use of money sent home of off-site workers .Make regress
