高校思想政治教育人文关怀现状分析与对策研究 王　宏 (南阳理工学院，河南南阳 473000) 摘要：通过对高校思想政治教育人文关怀内涵及重要价值的阐述，分析高校思想政治教育中存在的忽视个体差异与个性发展，人文教育内容与教学方法缺失，心理疏导工作滞后，人文社会实践活动缺乏等一系列人文关怀缺失问题，并对问题的成因做了深入的剖析，从注重个性发展、培养创新人才，以人为本、增强服务意识，注重心理疏导、提高心理健康水平，注重人文精神、建设和谐校园文化环境等方面提出了针对性的建议和对策。 关键词：高校思想政治教育；人文关怀；现状分析；对策 Current Situation Analysis of Humane Care and Countermeasures Research on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Abstract:Through the exposition of the ideological and political education humane care connotation and important value, analyze a series of problems with the lack of humanistic care in the course of ideological and political education, for instance, ignoring individual differences and personality development, lacking of humanities and educational content and teaching methods, psychological counseling work laging behind, lacking of Humanities and Social Practice, and analize deeply the causes of the problem, put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures and countermeasures from the aspects of paying attention to individualized personnel training objectives, people-oriented, enhancing service awareness, focusing on psychological counseling, improving the level of mental health, focusing on the humanistic spirit and building a harmonious campus culture environmental. Keywords :ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities; humane care; Analysis; countermeasures 一、高校思想政治教育人文关怀的科学阐释 在党的十七大报告中胡锦涛同志指出，“加强和改进思想政治工作，注重人文关怀和心理疏导，用正确方式处理人际关系。”报告强调人文关怀和心理疏导，对在新形势下做好思想政治工作提出了新的要求，为高校思想政治教育的创新指明了方向，丰富和发展了高校思想政治教育的理论和内容。 1．人文关怀的内涵及实质 人文关怀具有丰富的科学内涵。从哲学的角度来看，人文关怀主要指关注和解决人的存在所遇到的问题。从伦理学的角度来看，人文关怀主要指肯定人的价值、尊重人的个性和尊严、追求人的自由全面发展。其核心是以人为本，把人作为认识和实践的的出发点和归宿。从教育学的角度，人文关怀是指教师用人的方式去尊重人、关心人、理解人，特别是要关注学生的精神生活、精神生命的发展，充分发挥教育在引导学生成长成才、促进学生全面和谐发展的作用。尽管从不同的角度，对人文关怀有不同的理解，但人文关怀涵的核心基本一致。人文关怀是指尊重人的主体地位、尊重人的个性差异，关心人的多样性需求，调动人的积极性、激发人的创造性，追求人的自由全面发展。 从人文关怀的内涵可以看出，其实质是确立人的主体性地位和主体性，从而确立一种赋予人生以意义和价值的人生关怀，最终实现人的自由全面的发展。 2．高校思想政治教育人文关怀内涵的界定 在高校思想政治工作视野中，人文关怀其内涵是指尊重大学生的主体性地位、尊重他们
