零售连锁超市信息管理探讨 摘要:伴随着社会经济的不断发展，人们的购买能力的逐渐提高，于此同时越来越多的零售连锁产业也紧抓商机，不断增快门店新开的脚步。而在激烈的市场竞争中，提高销售毛利和拉动客流，成了各大零售超市与百货的重心。在成本已经在采购过程中被严格控制后，强而有效的管理管理就成了提高利润的唯一途径。然而传统的管理模式对于信息化不断发展和连锁跨区域越来越多的如今，已经很难达到很理想的管理效果.而信息化管理对于合理的资源利用和执行力的顺利实施有着良好的效果。 本文先分析了零售连锁超市管理的现状和背景，然后根据传统的零售管理的基本情况，结合现状零售发展的一些特点分析了其中的不足的存在的问题。然后根据其中的不足和劣势提出了一些更好的对策和建议，构建了零售超市信息化管理系统，在这个系统中包括了四个部分，即采购管控，报表管理，跟进督查和整合协调。希望可以对零售超市的管理模式会有所裨益。最最后以沃尔玛的信息化管理为例，对其现状和及管理中的优缺点进行分析，探讨得出信息化管理是连锁超市长期稳定的必要之选。 关键词：零售连锁 信息管理 效益 Retail chain supermarket information management Abstract: with the development of social economy, peoples purchasing power rise gradually, at the same time more and more retail chain industry also grasping opportunities, growing fast shop new open pace.
