1. Introduction Computer information technology is the trend of development of world economic and social network connectivity, which gives full play to the large amount of network information macros, interactive and other advantages. Besides optimize the environment of English teaching, broad the channels of teaching, enrich the teaching methods lead students not only learn to oral English easily, but also higher improve stimulate students interest in learning English, broad their horizons ,expand their thinking and enhance the independent of learning ability. Then they use the information technology of Computer courseware to improve oral English in the learning. English teaching has brought a qualitative leap but books dissemination of information can not catch up with the information requirements at present .To explore the theory of approaches and methods of teaching is based on the computer environment which has become one of the modern educations basic concepts and important task. Traditional mode of teaching is necessary but CAI education breaks the traditional mode of teaching, both satisfied with the students cognitive law and promoted the thinking of students. To how fully developed curriculum resources, to identify information technology and the integration point, the computer as the main tool to optimize the structure of the English classroom .To reform spoken English teaching mode, to effectively promote the improvement of oral English, to improve the proficiency of the language has become the main goals in the classroom. 2.
