《旅游英语视听说》课程 学 习 指 南 四平职业大学 外语学院 二零一零年十二月三十一日 《旅游英语视听说》学习指南 本门课程在专业中的地位和作用： 《旅游英语视听说》课程是为旅游英语专业学生开设的一门综合语言技能课。高职高专人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性。因此，本课程要求加强实践教学，强化学生的知识体系和实际应用能力，强调通过对学生听、说技能的综合训练，培养学生的语言综合应用能力，以满足社会需求及学生求职的需要。目的是以语言能力培养为主线，通过对语言基本技能的培养，以适应当今社会培养复合型、创新型人才的需要。本课程是培养学生实际应用能力和适应社会能力的重要课程，为学生提供大量的语言实际运用的材料。让学生在观看短剧、访谈等素材的过程中，在教师的指导下，可以快速培养听、说能力，培养跨文化交际的敏感性。 在旅游英语专业的培养目标中明确指出：本专业面向旅游业，培养具备旅游管理专业知识及较高的英汉双语交际能力，通晓旅行社和酒店等涉外业务的高素质技能型人才。由此可见培养适应社会需求的既有良好的英语交际能力又有旅游管理专业知识的应用型人才是我校旅游英语专业的特色，而《旅游英语视听说》正是对此起主要支撑作用的一门课。 该门课程所选用的教材： 《致用英语听力教程》—主编，贺雪娟，外语教学与研究出版社，2007年 学习情境1：Working Together 一、学习要求 二、专业能力点 1.to increase the familiarity and use of such expressions; 2.to translate the visual information from the video clip into the appropriate language; 3.to use the audio information in the corresponding exercises; 4.to reinforce productively the language that has been learned. 5. be able to give a speech about Changbai mountain nature preserve 1 6.be able to write a paper entitled by working together. Eg WORKING TOGETHER　　 Today, many things should be done together by people, or they can’t do it well. So I think we should work together.　First, working together can make things more wonderful, then we can have a good mind to work. Second, when we work together with other people, we can make more friends, a new friend that can rich our life. Third, many people has taste the sweet from working together. Because it has got help; because of it, the White Brother invented the airplane.　So I want to say: We should work together, then our life will more wonderful.　 2.
