摘要 为了更好的规范提升式脚手架的运用，减少安全事故的发生，本文立足于一个实际的工程，通过调查该工程的施工情况，再结合当前的法律法规，提出一套完整的施工组织设计，包括技术设计和管理设计两个方面。 技术设计主要立足于保障工程的安全，提出一套既满足行业规范要求，又切合实际的施工流程，分析实际工程中常出现的安全事故，提出施工应该注意的事项。管理设计主要针对施工的进度、投资和人员安排。在进度方面，提升式脚手架有自己独特的优势，所以，人员安排也应该根据具体情况，适当的变化。工程的投资，一向是工程参与者关心的问题。本文通过对提升式脚手架的工程量的计算，再与落地式脚手架相比较，从经济的角度证明了提升式脚手架能够节约实际投入的成本。 最后本文分析了提升式脚手架的优势和劣势，提出了推广提升式脚手架所需要的一些措施，结合当前脚手架的使用情况，得出了相应的结论。 关键词：建筑施工 脚手架 提升式 设计 控制 Abstract Based on an actual project a set of organization plan for the construction of the lifting type scaffold is proposed, in order to regulate the use of the lifting type scaffold and to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. First, the construction works is invested, and then combining with the current laws and regulations, a complete set of construction design, including the technical and the management aspects is suggested. The technical design mainly bases on the safeguard of the project, which put forward a set of requirements to meet industry standards and practical construction processes, and through the analysis of the safety incident often appears in the actual project, the construction item we should pay attention to is proposed. The management design mainly aims at the progress of the construction, the investment and the people arrangements. In the aspect of the progress, the lifting type scaffold has its unique superiority, therefore, the arrangement of the people need to act according to the special details, with suitable change. The projects investment has always been a concern of the project participants. The upgrading of the works of the scaffold is computed in the article, compared with the console-model scaffold, the lifting type scaffold can save the actual investment cost from the aspect of economic had been proved.
