郑州轻工业学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 “风动晴子的爱巢” 网店的规划与设计_ 学生姓名 李启凡 专业班级 电子商务05-03 学 号 200512030305 院 系 国际教育学院 指导教师(职称)杨承梁（讲师） 完成时间 2009 年 6 月 1 日 风动晴子的爱巢网店的规划与设计 摘　　要 目前的经济形势下，消费者对商品价格的敏感度越来越高，越来越希望得到更多的实惠，而网上的不少商品可以满足消费者的这种“求实惠”的心理。所以对于经营者来讲，就必须节省成本降低销售价格来刺激消费者的购买欲望。网上商店之所以有发展空间，成本较低是重要的优势，因此掌握了物美价廉的商品就掌握的电子商务的关键。本文就开设兼具在线零售、批发功能于一体的综合性网上商店，提出一系列创新的经营理念，利用优质而稳定的货源，热情而周到的服务理念以及分类明确针对性强的店铺设计风格，给予顾客一个良好的购物环境，同时也为树立风动晴子的爱巢的独有品牌创造了条件进而用品牌来征服顾客。本文就网店创建的前期的商品的选取、进货渠道的选择以及网店创建中出现的问题进行系统的分析，并提出了一些个人的看法和建议，同时通过本人一年的网店经营总结出一些针对性的网店经营技巧。 关键词　　电子商务；网上商店；网上购物；物流；进货 The Fengdongqingzi On-line Shop Planning and Designing ABSTRACT Under the current economic situation, consumers who want to obtain more benefits are sensitive to the rising price for commodity. In this case, online products become the best choice to meet consumers practice of seeking benefits. In order to enhance the desire of customer, the key is to reduce the cost of the materials to cut the price of products. The lower price of products as one of biggest advantage of online business becomes the key of successful e-commerce. This paper analyses the channels of getting products and the establishment of e-stores and provides personal advices according to one year experience as an e-store manager. This article mentioned about a series of innovative management concept which based on running a comprehensive online shop that can both retail and wholesale. Using the style of the shop which has high quality and stable goods supply, warm and thoughtful service , clearly classification and strong targeted to give the customers a good shopping environment, it also created conditions for establishing a exclusive brand named the fengdongqingzi on-line shop ;then through it to conquer customers.
