M ethods 46 cases of pyelic and ureter d isease w ith integrated clinical data w ere collected in tw o years, all cases w ere undergone mu lti- slice spiralCT contrast- enhanced scann ing, the excretory - phase mi ages w ere transferred to the workstation and shaded olum e rendering ( SVR), m axmi un intensity projection(M IP), m ultiplanar reconstruction(M PR) and cur ed planar reconstruction( CPR ) were perform ed. e- sults In 46 cases, 16 pyelic and ureteral calculus, 12 congenital deform itions ( includ ing pel iureteric duplication m alformations, retroca al ureters, ureteropel ic junction stenosis, supern- um erary k idneys), 5 inflamm atory stenosis, 7 prmi ary pyelic and ureteral cancer, 4 ureters w ere in ol ed by b ladder cancer and 2 compressi e lesion were found.
